Une synth\u00e8se magistrale (103 pages), connue des plus hautes autorit\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00c9tat en France et en Irlande, a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e par Marie-Victoire Louis durant l\u2019hiver 2008 : <a href=\"http:\/\/www.assoph.org\/assoph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/assassinat_sophie_toscan_du_plantier_1.pdf\">L\u2019assassinat de Sophie Toscan du Plantier, n\u00e9e Sophie Bouniol : onze ans de manquements et de d\u00e9nis de justice<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; de se faire conna\u00eetre en mobilisant la presse et en faisant para\u00eetre de nombreux articles de journaux, en ouvrant le site internet : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.assoph.org\/assoph\/\">http:\/\/www.assoph.org\/<\/a> accessible dans le monde entier,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; des \u00e9missions par les principaux m\u00e9dias fran\u00e7ais et irlandais qui ont ainsi \u00e9voqu\u00e9 l\u2019affaire : TF1, FR2, FR3, Itele, BFM TV, RTE, Europe 1, RTL etc,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; d\u2019\u00e9tablir des contacts durables avec des acteurs irlandais (s\u00e9nateur, journalistes, associations) et fran\u00e7ais (ambassade \u00e0 Dublin, minist\u00e8re de la Justice). Des contacts \u00e9troits \u00e9tablis avec des journalistes de renom nous ont ainsi permis d\u2019avancer de mani\u00e8re efficace,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; d\u2019interpeller les autorit\u00e9s irlandaises et fran\u00e7aises au plus haut niveau pour faire aboutir le dossier,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/assoph.org\/assoph\/?p=518\">Lettre ouverte au Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique Fran\u00e7aise du 09 avril 2008<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/assoph.org\/assoph\/?p=522\">Lettre \u00e0 Mary Mc Aleese, Pr\u00e9sidente d\u2019Irlande du 12 avril 2008<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/assoph.org\/assophtest\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/LetTaoiseachBrianCowen.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lettre \u00e0 Brian Cowen <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/assoph.org\/assoph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/LetTaoiseachBrianCowen.pdf\">Premier Ministre d\u2019Irlande du 21 mai 2008<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; de faire pression sur les autorit\u00e9s irlandaises pour acc\u00e9der au dossier d&rsquo;enqu\u00eate et d\u2019obtenir finalement une masse de documents officiels,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; de soutenir la famille de Sophie dans son combat pour la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et la justice (conseils par Ma\u00eetres Spilliaert et Dupond-Moretti, accompagnement dans les d\u00e9marches et les visites en Irlande, traductions, travail commun, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Juin 2008 :<\/strong> Ordonnance d\u2019exhumation du corps de Sophie \u00e9mise par le juge d\u2019instruction Gachon, en charge du dossier depuis 2007, apr\u00e8s quatre de ses confr\u00e8res. <br><a href=\"https:\/\/assoph.org\/assoph\/?p=607\">Proc\u00e9dure exceptionnelle du 01 juillet 2008<\/a> : Exhumation du corps de la victime.<br><strong>Juillet 2008 :<\/strong> Le DPP annonce sa d\u00e9cision de ne pas engager de poursuites \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de Ian Bailey, en l\u2019\u00e9tat du dossier. La Garda annonce sa d\u00e9cision de transf\u00e9rer le dossier aux Fran\u00e7ais.
