L\u2019heure du d\u00e9c\u00e8s n\u2019a donc pu \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision.<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Le crime a eu lieu en Irlande: l\u2019enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 principalement men\u00e9e selon les r\u00e8gles de la loi irlandaise.<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Il existe actuellement un pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 coupable sur lequel p\u00e8sent des charges tr\u00e8s lourdes.<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">La famille n\u2019a jamais eu acc\u00e8s ni au dossier d\u2019instruction, ni m\u00eame au rapport d\u2019autopsie. Un recours au civil en Irlande n\u2019a pas abouti.<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">La coop\u00e9ration polici\u00e8re et judiciaire entre la France et l\u2019Irlande s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e inexistante. Les commissions rogatoires envoy\u00e9es par les juges fran\u00e7ais ont \u00e9t\u00e9 refus\u00e9es par l\u2019Irlande. Les proc\u00e9dures de justice en Irlande comme en France sont actuellement bloqu\u00e9es. Depuis 12 ans la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas connue et ce crime reste impuni.<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style\">L\u2019association a pour objectif que la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 soit \u00e9tablie et que justice soit rendue :<\/span><\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\"><span class=\"style\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Nous exigeons que toute la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 soit faite sur l\u2019assassinat de Sophie Toscan du Plantier.<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Nous exigeons que la justice soit rendue \u00e0 la famille de Sophie, que le ou les assassins soient identifi\u00e9s, confondus et traduits devant un tribunal.<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">L\u2019association a pour objectif de faire valoir les droits de Sophie Toscan du Plantier en France comme en Irlande.<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Nous exigeons que les droits de la famille de Sophie Toscan du Plantier, citoyenne fran\u00e7aise, soient pleinement reconnus et respect\u00e9s dans la recherche de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et dans les proc\u00e9dures de justice en Irlande comme en France.<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Puisque le droit irlandais s\u2019oppose, dans cette affaire, \u00e0 un principe \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire de justice, nous exigeons que la famille b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de garanties au moins \u00e9gales \u00e0 celles offertes par la l\u00e9gislation fran\u00e7aise et qu\u2019elle soit inform\u00e9e par les autorit\u00e9s des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de l\u2019enqu\u00eate.<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">L\u2019objectif de l\u2019association est de pousser les autorit\u00e9s \u00e0 relancer et faire aboutir l\u2019enqu\u00eate.<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_2\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Nous exigeons la collaboration effective des syst\u00e8mes policiers et judiciaires irlandais et fran\u00e7ais dans l\u2019enqu\u00eate et l\u2019instruction du dossier.<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Nous exigeons des autorit\u00e9s irlandaises concern\u00e9es des justifications \u00e9crites sur la paralysie des proc\u00e9dures de justice dans l\u2019identification et l\u2019arrestation du ou des coupables.<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Nous exigeons des autorit\u00e9s fran\u00e7aises concern\u00e9es des justifications \u00e9crites sur les discontinuit\u00e9s et possibles n\u00e9gligences dans le traitement du dossier sur l\u2019assassinat de Sophie Toscan du Plantier.<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Nous exigeons que les contradictions entre les juridictions fran\u00e7aise et irlandaise ne soient en aucun cas un frein au progr\u00e8s de l\u2019enqu\u00eate.<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">Nous exigeons que les \u00e9tats concern\u00e9s et l\u2019union europ\u00e9enne s\u2019engagent \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre tous les moyens n\u00e9cessaires pour faire aboutir l\u2019enqu\u00eate et rendre justice au plus vite.<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">L\u2019association utilisera tous les moyens l\u00e9gaux disponibles en France, en Irlande, en Europe, et au plan international, pour r\u00e9aliser ses objectifs. Elle recueillera les comp\u00e9tences, les id\u00e9es et les contributions de tous ceux et celles qui veulent l\u2019aider dans la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs qu\u2019elle s\u2019est d\u00e9finis par ses statuts.<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_1\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"paragraph_style_3\">Ce texte fondateur date de janvier 2008.
